Book A Consult

STEP 1:

Book a slot in the online diary below, or if you’d prefer, get in touch and I can get you booked in. Consults usually last in the region of 3 hours if you want to make sure you’ve got enough time. If the slots in the online diary don’t suit you, please get in touch as I will always try to be as flexible as I can.

STEP 2:

I will then need a referral from your vet. This is very simple to organise. Sometimes there is a small fee from your vet to cover the cost of filling in the paperwork. To request your vet organises a referral, either contact me or forward the form below to your vet.

STEP 3:

Once we’ve got you a slot booked, please return your questionnaire to me before our consultation. It’s as simple as that! Now you’re ready to go. 🙂
